Buying bleach, soda pop, rice and heavy stuff from Fusion is alright. But fresh items like vegets, fruits, fish and meats are just too expensive for the ordinary folks to swallow. The problem is that they stock a lot of organic items. Look at their coolers and you know what I mean. A catty of Atantic cod is priced at HK$250. Why cook at home if raw item costs that much. It makes no sense to eat home. Our neighbor Tung Chung has a nice wet market in Yat Tung Village, stuff there are reasonable and fresh. The bottom line is buy the heavy stuff from Fusion and gourment from elsewhere.

Its not just Fusion, everything in DB has getting to a point that has many of my friends leaving. It simple economic:

Bus ride - DB to airport=$32 vs MuiWo to airport=$15
- DB to Sunny Bay and Tung Chung are packed and unfrequent.

Club in the Carribean Coast is on a user paid bases, which is HK$10 for swimming and no monthly fee. DB Residents Club hammers member all year round!

The last one leaving DB can have the pleasure to turn off the light!
